Coach, energy healer, designer, entrepreneur, early tech adaptor, athlete: Mary uses all of these experiences to help her clients and to teach groups, individuals, and companies about how to generate
creative living and positive life outcomes. Mary clients include business owners, creatives, scientists, parents, musicians, lawyers, healers, inventors, CEO's, intuitive teens - and many highly perceptive people.
Training
Mary started her teaching, mentoring, and coaching business in 2005, after many years in digital design and strategy. She received a Master's Certification in Intuition Medicine
®, a 3 year program in energy medicine, which works with the nervous system and the energetics of the body to help clients get in touch with patterning. Additionally, she completed training in Trauma and Somatic Experience, a body-oriented approach to the healing of trauma and other stress disorders. She is certified in Advanced Restorative Yoga instruction, Sound Healing with the Acoustic Brain Network, and she is a CPR-trained American Canoe Association SUP Instructor. Mary has worked with more than a thousand clients to help them release internal limitations and free themselves.
An Early Adopter in Tech
Before coaching, Mary launched a career in design and branding at WIRED Magazine/Hotwired. Later, she co-founded and led one of the first female web design and development agencies in San Francisco. In that role, she worked with Gloria Steinem on human rights advocacy, and helped to brand and offer strategic insight to an organization that helps women achieve success in politics. Mary worked with clients to successfully pitch VC's, created web design trends, and worked with a large team of inventive, visionary creatives. Her clients include Wired Magazine, MTV, Adobe, HP and American Express.
Mary loves stand-up paddle boarding, outrigger, costume parties,
organizing waterfront cleanups, and being in nature. She is a long-time practitioner of restorative yoga, breath work, guided meditation and somatic/body based work.
